Survey and monitoring guidance added to the resource library

The UNEP/IOC guidelines on survey and monitoring of marine litter are now listed under guidelines and technical resources.

So that litter data collected by different organisations can be compared, the resource library now lists the UNEP/IOC Guidelines on Survey and Monitoring of Marine Litter, which set out survey design, sampling, count sheets and the classification categories used internationally.
